Revisions
From time to time, our practice is called upon by our colleagues to perform revsions. Sometimes patients have had surgery done elsewhere and would like a revision with a newer technique, the most up to date implants, and/or a fresh perspective. The following are some examples of revisions on procedures done elsewhere.

Breast Augmentation Revision with Exchange of Implants to Create More Aesthetic Result
This is an example of a patient with a previous breast augmentation. Over a period of years, she developed firmness of her implants and desired a fuller, more proportional appearance. She underwent removal of her implants and scar tissue with sculpting of a new pocket with immediate placement of new larger, softer implants to achieve her desired result.
